As far as dining, since we had small grandchildren along we stayed with kid friendly places to dine like PF Chang’s, Laredo Mexican and most restaurants in the Village. The kids really enjoyed the Village area with all the kid things to do but it is really getting very commercial and expensive if they want to go every night. As far as the rental process with My Vacation Haven, it was very well done and very easy to use. The room was small but quite adequate for 2 people – grandkids were staying with my son in another room. I would suggest that the rooms be a little more well equipped with necessities such as towels, Toilet paper, coffee cups, dish soap, etc. Would we stay with you again? Good question but we probably would. While there we looked at purchasing property in the area and looked at other rental opportunities at private beach and Village residences. We like the area and pretty sure we’ll be back to Destin for future trips.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent week at Westwinds! This was our 4th time to rent through My Vacation Haven and stay in Westwinds. I think we are Beach Bonus members but totally forgot about it when I was renting the condo this year. Wish I had remembered!! We had delicious meals at Marina Café, Ocean Club, Harry T’s, Pompano Joes, The Lucky Snapper, and Red Lobster. We enjoyed delicious desserts at the Donut Hole. We really like the convenient location of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Anything we needed was just a short drive away. The rental process was excellent. The beach was beautiful and the water was clear! We definitely hope to stay with you again!!

Really nice condo – had everything we need – and beautiful views from every window! It was also a great perk to be keyless and not have to register with anyone upon arrival – especially since we didn’t know exactly what time we would arrive and didn’t want to worry about it. All of the information and instructions you provided via e-mail prior to our trip was thorough and totally accurate so we had no problems. Thanks for all your help making our vacation really enjoyable. Only bad part was that we had to leave!

Great view and balcony! Really appreciated have nice beach chairs so we didn’t have to rent them. Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely funishings. We’ll be back!
