Your home away from home with luxuriously comfortable surroundings in this upscale furnished home. THREE spacious bedrooms, two with king beds, a third bedroom with 2 twin beds and built-in desk, and a double sofabed in the living room, plus 2 full baths, eat-in kitchen & an oversized 1 car garage will provide plenty of amenities for a great beach vacation value.
Large 50" HDTV in living room, 20" TV in Master Bedroom, both with satelite svc, DVD players. We also provide video & reading libraries, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, full laundry, and gas grill. You will also find pool floats, beach equipment including a wheeled cooler, folding chairs, umbrellas, bags, sand toys, and everything we could think of to enhance your beach vacation.
You will have a 6 minute walk to a private entrance to the uncrowded, no-drive beach, or same short walk to the river park to watch the sun set or the boats and wildlife float by.
Situated on a quiet Ormond by the Sea street 15 minutes to world famous Daytona Beach Boardwalk or 25 mins. to the Speedway. Lots of restaurants and shopping are minutes away.
At least one adult must be 25yrs or older and reside at the home for the entire rental period. Cancel fee of $85/week ($350/wk for Event Weeks)with written notice received at least 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival. Late payment may jeopardize your reservation.

I rented this property in the summer of 2008 for 1 week. I am returning this summer (2011). The king size, pillow top, mattresses were amazing. I bought new mattresses at my home, because I realized what a good nights sleep I had been missing. The house had every comfort of home. All I had to bring was food and drink. The hot tub and pool were well maintained and beautiful. Both were screened in which made the bugs a non-factor. The house was clean and orderly. I had a fabulous time and wanted to return before this upcoming summer but was unable to.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children.
