Our condominium is a beautiful three-bedroom luxury waterfront unit. Only 20 minutes from downtown Coeur D' Alene. It has an updated kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood floors. This magnificent home is an end unit that is very private with a small patio in front for additional lounging and relaxing. Just relax on your deck and have a romantic dinner while watching and listening to music coming from the Coeur d'Alene Hotel Boat motoring peacefully by you.Lake Coeur d'Alene has endless recreational opportunities. You can hike; bike, boat or sail all before breakfast if you feel like it. A five minute boat ride takes you to Coeur d'Alene for shopping, sightseeing, or a round of golf at the world famous Coeur d'Alene Resort golf course with the world's first floating green.Our luxurious master suite has an awesome view of the lake with a queen size bed and master bath. The guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed futon. We call this room our TV room because it has a large TV with DVR/VCR. If you must stay in touch with the outside world, bring your laptop and plug into our Broadband Internet for no extra fee. Arrow Point Resort features an open-air restaurant/bar (seasonal), marina, indoor heated pool and an outdoor beach volleyball court. Prepare a gourmet meal in the completely updated and fully equipped kitchen, or grill your day’s catch on your private covered deck just outside your door and steps to the water’s edge. The sunsets are spectacular as you relax on the deck watching the sailboats glide by. Afterwards retire in front of the cozy fireplace and reflect on a beautiful day.

Why the Owner Chose Harrison
We chose to buy here at Arrow Point because of not only on the lake with the great views and having access to the indoors pool, boat rental, seasonal restaurant, volleyball net, but there is a wonderful sandy beach for kids and adults. There are tables and chairs to lounge about in the sun or shade. It’s a wonderful life here during all four seasons.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the unique benefits we enjoy at our condo is the location is quiet and has a front patio with lawn to enjoy some extra time outside. We especially enjoy the elevator to use from the basement that is almost to our front door. There is a cart kept in the basement to load and unload your car and it is so convenient.
Plus, we keep the kitchen area supplied with all the tools and seasoning you need to make that special meal.

My Husband and I came to Coeu d'Alene in 1992 on vacation and fell in love with the beauty and all the surroundings this lake has to offer. Coeur'd'Alene brings a peace and serenity about it that other area's fail to do.
