Memorial Day Weekend special!!!! call for rates !!!!!! This totally redone condo which has views of the Ocean and Intracoastal from the 11th floor. The kitchen features SS appliances and granite counters. Granite in both bathrooms also. The floors are marble, wood and carpet (in the bedrooms and living rm.). Living rm. has a 46' LCD HDTV, HBO and Blue Ray DVD player with Bose's sound. Which includes all of your favorite HD channels. We now have WIFI so you can enjoy wireless high speed internet service in the whole unit and balcony. The master bedroom has a 32' LCD TV with expanded cable. We also have closet organizers in the master closet. The bedrooms are a split floor plan. The complex common areas have all been update and it sit's on 6 acres that are beautifully landscaped. The condo amenities includes 2 pools, whirlpool, tennis, clubhouse, game room, exercise room, shuffleboard, FREE PARKING and the widest beach on the island. Plus there is 2 snorkeling reefs right off the beach!!!!!

We were very pleased with this whole arrangement. The unit layout is very workable; the appliances and fixtures all worked better than adequately, the views were interesting, the condo building's amenities are very pleasant, the condo's staff were universally efficient and always polite; the location is easy to find and to access. The unit's owner/landlord installed a very nice TV, subscribed to an array of channel services and the taping option; and to Internet through a Wifi. We found the condo's other residents very friendly and social. We liked staying on Singer Island, and we enjoyed the beach, night-spots, and eating out. My husband and I, along with our three young children, enjoyed our stay in this condo on Singer Island. The unit was very spacious and clean with updated appliances and decor. Everything we needed was included....linens, towels, kitchenware, beach equipment, etc. The 11th floor provided great balcony views of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. The owner was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The building and common areas were also very clean and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi (adults only) and the beach which is a short walk from the building. A new Marriott Vacation Club is under construction next door, but with doors and windows closed there was little to no noise. A short walk away from the condo is a large beach store and several small restaurants, as well as Sailfish Marina. Grocery and other shopping is a short drive to PGA Blvd/Route 1. Clematis St and City Place with great restaurants, shopping and nightlife is only a 15 min drive into downtown West Palm Beach. Loggerhead Marinelife Center and Rapids Water Park are great attractions for the kids. It really was a great vacation. The condo was excellent. It was everything promised and more. Gene was very easy and accommodating. My husband and I were there with our 3 small children and had a great time at the beach every day and the pool before dinner. Singer Island is beautiful and the condo only added to it.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My stay here was excellent. The condo was very nice, well furnished, very comfortable bed, great tv, and beachfront access. Not to mention a great pool - two actually, with a jacuzzi, and great views. The owner provided great service, was very friendly and accommodating, and I will definitely be going back as soon as possible. The condo was spotless, as was the common areas, and there is a very decent gym, with treadmills and weights, that did the trick for my time there. I highly recommend without reservation. Additionally, there are plenty of things to do around here besides the beach, with regard to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. Miami is only about an hour away straight down 95. This is a great place to stay in FL!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
