The Cape Canaveral National Park is in walking distance and has preserved much of this area of New Smyrna Beach because of its unique beauty and plentiful wildlife.
Pelicans glide across the ocean and it is not unusual to see dolphin in the river. There is no driving on the beach and it is very private. Boat launch is available minutes away at the National Park. Just a one hour drive to Orlando and the Disney/Universal theme parks and a 30-40 minute drive to Daytona Beach or Cape Canaveral and Space Coast.
Two bedrooms, two baths, living/dining and kitchen upstairs. A separate downstairs unit with one bedroom/living room/bath and kitchen is available for additional fee. Big screen HDTV and DVD player. New and extremely clean. High speed internet access.
Property is available weekly, monthly or premium rate weekends.

Upstairs and Downstairs Weekly Rate: $2,000; Monthly Rate: $3,200
Half of rent due at booking and balance plus deposit due 21 days prior to arrival.
Half of rental will be forfeited if balance not received within 21 days of arrival
A post inspection will be conducted which you are welcome to attend.
12.5% Bed Tax. $85 Cleaning fee.
$300 Security Deposit for weekly rental. Returned upon inspection.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I bought this house for its location, location, location. The house has a spectacular view of the intercoastal and is a two minute walk to the beach. Swimming in the pool under a moonlit sky is the best! New Symrna Beach is a very casual community with lots of nice restaurants and easy access to DisneyWorld, Daytona Speedway and Kennedy Space Center.

Private pool, gorgeous intercoastal view, ocean, kayaking, fishing, boating, large flat screen TVs, great for watching rocket launches from Space Center, outside BBQ, indoor grill. Very private and comfortable.
