Downstairs, the living area includes a breakfast nook, kitchen, living-dining rooms, full laundry room and a powder bath. There is a fairway patio perfectly suited for outdoor meals with a BBQ and full patio furniture set-up, only steps away from one of 49 pools and jacuzzis to which you have access.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (queen/2 twins). Each bedroom has its own 3-pc private bath, mirrored wardrobe closet, and opens onto a large balcony patio giving you a magnificent southern view of the golf course fairway and water. Downstairs the brand new leather couch turns into a queen size bed that sleeps 2 people.
During your stay, you will have access to the newly renovated Clubhouse, with a fantastic pro shop, Junior Olympic swimming pool, and 2 excellent restaurants and the 47 pools and hottubs scattered throughout the complex. The Palm Valley Country Club is located minutes away from world class dining and shopping along El Paseo Drive. We live in Campbell River, on Vancouver Island in BC where the scenery is wonderful but where it can rain all winter.... . We bought the condo at Palm Valley in January 2008 and we absolutely love it here. The climate is great and so are the people. We are avid tennis players as well as golfers so this club is perfect for us. Our family loves it here as well
Why the Owner Chose Palm Valley Country Club
We chose to buy a condo at Palm Valley Country Club because it was by far the most beautiful of the country clubs that we saw. It had all the facitities that we wanted like wonderful tennis, golf, fitness centre restaurants and sports shops within the complex. I suppose the thing that captivated us the most was the wonderful panaramic view from the condo
