Located in the heart of Ft. Walton Beach, just minutes from downtown Destin, on Okaloosa Island, this unit offers amazing ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom holds a large queen bed with an oversized bath and two spacious closets. The living room can accommodate two on the queen sofa sleeper. You will enjoy the customized ceramic tile throughout the living area. The unit has a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with many extras, such as a high-capacity ice maker. Two televisions and VCR / DVD players, along with a stereo system and high-speed internet are included. For your convenience, the washer and dryer are located inside the unit. This fourth-floor condo is just a few steps from two conveniently-located elevators.
Ft. Walton Beach is located just four miles away from Destin, home to many restaurants and attractions. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall, the largest in the southeast, is home to such stores as Nike and Ralph Lauren. For sportsmen, a Bass Pro Shop awaits. Waterparks, miniature golf and plenty of family activities are available for your enjoyment. Not to be outdone, Okaloosa Island is home to many fine restaurants, including Floyd's, The Crab Shack and Old Bay Steamer. The island also holds a nine-hole golf course and driving range, along with The Gulfarium, Ft. Walton Beach's version of SeaWorld.
