The MAGIC is a 2000 Square Feet Single Story 4Bed/3Bath/Pool with two Master Suites on a large lot with no rear neighbors. The bedding consists of one King Bed, one Queen Bed each with an en-suite bath and two other bedrooms each with two Twin Beds. Located In between the two Twin Bedrooms is a third full Bath.

This spacious home is completely tiled throughout the common areas. There are a total of 5 TV's in the home. The pool is large and the screen-enclosed patio is extensive. In addition, the home backs up to the community recreation area so that there are no neighbors directly behind to encroach on your privacy. Pool heating is available for the cooler winter months at $210/wk plus tax.
Most everything you will need to enjoy your holiday is provided with your home. Our kitchens are generously equipped, our living rooms are comfortably furnished, and our pools are crystal clear. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, cable TV, VCR, iron and ironing board, all are standard issue in our homes. In addition, many of our properties have special amenities such as spas and water views.
