Contemporary 3 story, 5 bedroom, 2 bath house, approximately 500 feet from the ocean. This house offers stunning, direct ocean views from the interior as well as the large deck on the exterior. This is the ideal house for spending time with family. The 2nd floor, open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan creates the perfect space to interact with your friends and family, while enjoying the ocean views from each of the rooms. Dramatic vaulted ceiling in the living room, with windows to the sea and sky, provides a relaxing atmosphere for star gazing or simply looking at the passing boats, or diving pelicans. The main floor (level one) has three bedrooms and a bathroom with double vanity. The top floor (level three) has a comfortable den/tv room equipped with Flat Panel TV, Xbox and surround sound. This room is everyone’s favorite. It has a vaulted ceiling and views of the entire bay – from the Ritz Carlton out toward Princeton Harbor.
Relaxing inside the house, or with the waves crashing on your feet at the beach is easy. The house is approximately 3 miles north of downtown Half Moon Bay and approximately 2 miles south of Princeton Harbor. Great restaurants and cafes abound in this area of the Coast side.
Ample street parking and off street parking. (Driveway can easily accommodate 4-6 vehicles)
