All our units are 2BRs in beach front buildings. The Waterscape unit is a Gulf front WATER RESORT, side unit with private balcony, bunk room, and WiFi. YOU HAVE FOUND THE BEST BUILDING ON THE BEACH! This unit was all new in June 2009! This is the only property around with this level of amenities. It has 490' of beach front, a spectacular split level courtyard with 3 pools, including one zero entry point, one wading pool with built in water toys, full length lap lanes, play areas for toddlers and children, barbecue gas grills, incredible LAY-Z River for floating in the sunshine while refreshing in the gently winding waterway, 2 hot tubs, a courtyard pavilion and an astounding 10' waterfall reminiscent of a Caribbean rainforest oasis.

We also have a fully equipped subterranean on-site fitness center peaks through adjacent to the waterfall area, so you have a nice view of the Gulf while getting in the best shape of your life. This property also has great activities. There is a kids' club, poolside massage therapy, poolside food and drink, surfing lessons, sand sculpting classes, crafts, poolside movie nights, etc.. If you need to have a meeting, wedding reception, or just an excuse for a party, try the convenient conference room complete with a small kitchen, tables, chairs and large screen television. Kids will love the game room accessible from the main lobby. Covered parking protects your car from the hot Florida sun. Our ideal location near Hwy98 on Okaloosa Island's Santa Rosa Boulevard, means that you are a short walk from many fine restaurants and shops. Interior features include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, 8' deep balconies, floor to ceiling glass doors, breakfast bar, garden tubs in the two master bedrooms, and tile floors throughout.

This lovely two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with bunk room and WiFi, is level with, and close to the parking garage as well as the pool deck. No stairs ... total convenience! It is directly on the beach, and is located on Okaloosa Island, which is between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. There are no high rises in sight, as nothing over 7 stories is allowed on Okaloosa. Because this building has 400 feet of waterfront, the white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are never crowded, making it simply paradise! Many people say that these are the most beautiful beaches that they have ever seen. You can relax on your private 1st floor balcony, and watch the sunrise over the fishing pier! Location ... Television, surveys and magazines rate the Emerald Coast among the top ten in the world for its beautifully colored waters and sand as white as snow.   • We had a very relaxing week in your condo the week of October 10-17, 2009. The sunsets were spectacular. The beaches were like flour. We had some nice waves early in the week, and hot temperatures too. We will definitely be back!

  • My family stayed in this condo the last week of April. We had wonderful weather, especially when it was raining the whole week at home. The condo was so bright and comfortable. The views were amazing. We really enjoyed sitting on the private balcony and listening to the waves at night. We really enjoyed the week and would love to come back again next year.

  • Aqua Villa #306...wow, what amazing views! Nicely decorated condo right on the beach that allows dogs...how can you beat that? We had a wonderful time. Our 2 pugs loved to lay on the balcony and watch the waves and people on the beach. Thank you for allowing us to bring them.

  • AV306 was a great condo with a fantastic view. You are close enough to the water to hear the waves. We saw the Dolphins every day. Anything I would want changed would be for the complex to open up the side yard for pets.

  • Hello again, Just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had. Even after the winds of Hurricane Ike it was still beautiful and the weather was great. We had the best time. If you want someplace to relax this is it...Also if you want to be very active you can do that. We chose to relax and watch the sun rise and set and enjoy the waves washing up on shore and walking the beautiful white sand beaches. What more can you ask for. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. We want to return again next year (Good Lord Willing). There are some friends of ours that are interested also, sure will pass it along..   • We just returned from what was a great week and we want to thank you for letting us stay in your marvelous condo - AV306!! The unit has absolutely beautiful views! There is everything in the condo that any vacationer could want or need. The weather was fabulous until Hurricane Ike started churning the Gulf on Wednesday. We had many great meals: Old Bay Steamer was fun and the food was good; Fisherman's Wharf; and our favorite, Staff's. We also had a great meal and good service at Captain Dave's in Destin despite the bad reviews we had read on line. Thank you also for allowing the dogs and they also enjoyed the balcony!!   • This was our second stay at this condo and as we expected it was WONDERFUL! We saw dolphins on more than one occasion in the morning. The kids enjoy catching the little white crabs after dark using flashlights. We were disappointed that the Destin Diner wasn't open anymore but we had a wonderful lunch at The Crab Trap and an awesome breakfast at Another Broken Egg. We were a little concerned that TS Faye was going to dampened our vacation but we had a wonderful week weather-wise. It was PERFECT! We will definitely be back to visit again....Thanks for sharing your home! :)
