This family friendly property is the perfect place to spend a weekend or week enjoying the fresh mountain air of South Lake Tahoe. Recently refreshed to include extra space for additional guests, this cozy 2 bedroom home is close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The 2 bedrooms provide privacy for up to 4 guests while another 2 can sleep in the living room by the fire.
The whole house has been renovated with fresh paint, new bathroom, and a variety of upgrades that will make your visit more comfortable.
The outdoor deck provides a great place to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine and sit under the redwoods. Sit under the umbrella at the table and chairs while you watch the BBQ. Curl up on the private patio to read or just share a fire with someone special.

We love coming up to SLT to relax, head down to the beach or up to the slopes. Having a nice glass of red wine on the deck in front of the fireplace is a fabulous way to spend an evening too!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are lucky enough to be close to it all. The marina, slopes, beaches, and casinos are all 2 miles away or less. We also love being next to Bijou Park where we play frisbee and regular golf in the summer and snowshoe and cross country ski in the winter. It's only two blocks away!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size and close to everything. I really enjoyed having a full kitchen...saved us a ton since we could make our meals at home. When we did have a problem it was address immediately. This was our first time to Tahoe and our experience has definately made it so that it will not be our last time. The entire process was easy to get set from start to finish and we received our refundable deposit within days of returning home. We really loved working with the owner. The neighbors were great also. We had a great time!! Thanks

We recently stayed here for a weekend in Tahoe and LOVED this house. Remodeled inside with everything you need. We felt right at home! The house was spotless, instructions for everything, easy to find and located central to just about everything we needed. We will definitely be back again!

This home is a must stay experience!! This is a truly "Turn-Key" home for rent. My family and I (Wife and two boys 4 & 6) stayed here July 2011 and had one of the best family vacations ever!! Location, location, location. Your a 5-10 drive from a private access beach, casinos, downtown, and more. During the winter months your minutes away from Heavenly. The house has a fire-pit great for S'mores, BBQ on the backyard deck while your enjoying a glass of wine, and all the living essentials needed to have the home away from home feel. If you have a family with kids, this is the place for you. Don't waste your time looking any further.

What a great find!!! My husband, daugher and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. House is very clean with 2 comfortable bedrooms and has everything you need. Pictures posted by owner are exactly what you get. Owners were pleasant, professional and very easy to deal with. We will definately stay here again.

My family (two adults, two elementary-age children) have now stayed here twice, we love it so much. It is rustic in all the right ways and modern where you want it to be. The owners have children of their own, so the place is perfectly set up that way. Can't wait to go back!

We just spent 3 nights in this wonderful house for my birthday with my husband and 1 year old daughter, and couldn't have been happier. The home is super clean, had a really comfy homey feel, and was well stocked with everything imaginable. We loved it here and didn't want our mini-vacation to end! Lake Tahoe is such a beautiful place, and we are so happy to find something so close to everything, yet was very budget friendly. Christina was very accommodating, and we will definately come back when we visit Tahoe again!

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary in May. Honeymooned in Tahoe and just love it up there! This home is VERY clean and nicely updated throughout. Loved sitting out on the back porch relaxing and just listening to the sounds of nature with a good book and then staying inside at night being warmed by the great fireplace. Only 5 minutes or less away from the beach and casinos. We visited Zephyr Cove which was only a quick 10 minute drive from this home. If you are looking for a great burger place - Big Daddy's Burgers on Lake Tahoe Blvd. has the BEST burgers and fries. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for our next visit to Tahoe.
