One of the best options in Breckenridge for walking access to Quick Silver 6 person chair lift, ski schools, Peak 9 mountain base and town with all its fine restaurants and shopping. Also near the condo are numerous hiking trails and fishing in the Blue River. You can park the car and walk everywhere!!!
Even if you decide one day to ski Arapaho Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain you can catch the free Summit Stage on the street next to the condo.
You and your guest will appreciate a short five minute (200 yard) walk to the Quick Silver chair lift and town. Members in your group who want an early start can head out before the rest of the group as it is a short walk to the lifts. You can come back to the condo for lunch or if someone gets tired they can head back while the rest of the group gets in a full day of skiing. There is plenty of storage space for skis, jackets and more as you enter the condo.
The updated two bedroom, two bath condo gives you plenty of space to relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking through the Colorado back country. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with separate master bathroom. The second bedroom has two full size beds to give you extra sleeping options for your group. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area so you can accommodate up to eight guests.
You and your guests will enjoy the warm and cozy living room. It has a wood burning fireplace to help take the chill off after a day on the slopes. There is cable TV in the living area as well as in both bedrooms. The living room also has a VCR, DVD, stereo system and numerous board games for your enjoyment. Free Internet.
You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to prepare snacks or meals. The kitchen includes refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The unit is also fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils.
Some condos only offer a hot tub, however you and your guests will be able to enjoy the Columbine pool/hot tub complex which is located directly across the parking lot from your unit. The outdoor heated pool is kept between 83 and 87 degrees for your enjoyment and there are two indoor hot tubs and two outdoor hot tubs to help get those sore muscles ready for another day on the mountain. There is also a sauna located in the basement of the building adjacent to the laundry facilities.
