One of the best options in Breckenridge for walking access to Quick Silver 6 person chair lift, ski schools, Peak 9 mountain base and town with all its fine restaurants and shopping. Also near the condo are numerous hiking trails and fishing in the Blue River. You can park the car and walk everywhere!!!
Even if you decide one day to ski Arapaho Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain you can catch the free Summit Stage on the street next to the condo.
You and your guest will appreciate a short five minute (200 yard) walk to the Quick Silver chair lift and town. Members in your group who want an early start can head out before the rest of the group as it is a short walk to the lifts. You can come back to the condo for lunch or if someone gets tired they can head back while the rest of the group gets in a full day of skiing. There is plenty of storage space for skis, jackets and more as you enter the condo.
The updated two bedroom, two bath condo gives you plenty of space to relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking through the Colorado back country. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with separate master bathroom. The second bedroom has two full size beds to give you extra sleeping options for your group. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area so you can accommodate up to eight guests.
You and your guests will enjoy the warm and cozy living room. It has a wood burning fireplace to help take the chill off after a day on the slopes. There is cable TV in the living area as well as in both bedrooms. The living room also has a VCR, DVD, stereo system and numerous board games for your enjoyment. Free Internet.
You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to prepare snacks or meals. The kitchen includes refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The unit is also fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils.
Some condos only offer a hot tub, however you and your guests will be able to enjoy the Columbine pool/hot tub complex which is located directly across the parking lot from your unit. The outdoor heated pool is kept between 83 and 87 degrees for your enjoyment and there are two indoor hot tubs and two outdoor hot tubs to help get those sore muscles ready for another day on the mountain. (Ski season and Memorial Day to Labor Day ) There is also a sauna located in the basement of the building adjacent to the laundry facilities.

This was a great place to stay! The condo was clean, well maintained and stocked with pretty much anything we could possibly think of needing during our stay. It was conveniently located and a short walk to both the mountain and the town. Kevin made the booking process seamless and the entire experience was pain free. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again when I come back to Breckenridge.

We loved this condo. I take a fall fishing trip to Breck every year- usually September or October. This was my favorite place to stay yet. Everything there worked, it smelled fresh and had a cross-breeze because it's a corner unit. (I've stayed in other units in the middle with little circulation and it took four days to get fresh air in there- not the case here.). Lots of amenties too- plenty of knives, silverware, etc. and -- very helpful -- they don't throw away all the old food like other places do. Of course the fridge was clean and empty, but they had coffee filters, condiments, plastic baggies, sugar, etc. We didn't need to buy any of the "basics" to live for four days. I've also stayed in places with uncomfortable beds and these were excellent- huge master bedroom- I could throw my clothes all over the place! Easy WIFI that worked and was fast, convenient in and out. The parking was right there, so no long walk through a big garage, and the location right by town and (had I been skiing) the slopes was great. Only downside: I went during hot tub repair season- my stay was during the two weeks of the year (in October) that they had closed the jacuzzis for repair....but I had the whole facility to myself :-) The owner Kevin was great- the whole thing was cake to book, access, fine, etc. I'll definitely be booking this unit next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We loved our stay! Great location and unit was clean, spacious and well-equipped! Very nice weekend retreat with a great rate! However, everyone in our party was disappointed that the 4 hot tubs that are advertised are ALL closed until ski season! We were not informed of this and were expecting to put in some tub time during the evenings. It was Oktoberfest and that's definitely a great time to be in Breck! Had a blast!

My husband and I took three 17 year old boys and had a fantastic time! The condo was exactly as described. It was roomy enough for all of us, although that meant one boy had to alternate each night onto the hide-a-bed which they didn't complain about the comfort of it but the fact that it was so bright in the morning w/ the large sliding door and no window treatment! The condo kitchen was well equipped with all you need for meal preparation. It was very clean and the location to the lifts and town were excellent. It was very quiet as well, no problems w/ noise or partying at night! We used a car to get to town, but walked to the lifts everyday (we stored our ski equipment at the base of the mountain). The only negatives w/ the condo were that the grill was disgusting, not even sure if it worked or not, but wasn't even going to attempt it. And the boys couldn't get the sauna to heat up so they didn't use that but they used the hot tub everyday after skiing! Definetly no more than 5 adults will this condo accomodate unless four adults don't mind sleeping together in two double beds. We would definetly go back to this condo, more because of the location than anything!

We spent a great easter week 2010 in this condo. The skiing was excellant. The rental shop and ski school was on the way to the slopes from this condo. The condo was clean, warm and comfortable with cable TV and internet which pleased the whole family. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were fantastic after a hard day skiiing. Our children are 9 and 11 and were able to walk in all their ski wear to the ski school. I hope to use this condo again in the future.
