This wonderful waterfront retreat provides spectacular sunset views over the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy and relax on the dock, by the pool or in the hot tub. If you have a boat, arrangements can be made to tie up at the Marina just one block away. Only an hour from downtown Washington or Baltimore, you can use this relaxing location to explore museums, fine restaurants or go to the Atlantic Shore beaches. Historic Annapolis is also just across the Bay. But you will likely find it hard to leave the tranquility and the majestic views of the incredible Chesapeake. The house has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, loft, screened porch and three full baths. Sleeps 8 in 1 king, two queen and two single day beds(also a sleep sofa). Master bedroom has king and private bath. Second bedroom has two queen beds. Loft has a two day beds and generous game area for kids. The loft also has a 42 inch flat screen TV with a full Bose surround sound for theater quality sound.
This is our guest house and is in frequent use by family and friends. Accordingly we do not always update the availability calendar. But please contact us for availability, you never know when it might be your opportunity.
Please note our minimum rental periods and rates. We rarely make exceptions and do not negotiate rates.

It has been about a week since we left your wonderful home and I sit here with a bit of a heavy heart recalling all of the fond memories. We truly had a wonderful time that will be forever etched in our minds. .... This vacation gave us a chance to unwind in a beautiful place and also spend some time with close friends and Morgan that cannot always be done on traditional vacations. I am so grateful that Joe found your home on the Internet, which can be a scary prospect sometimes since you are never really sure what to expect.
