3 BR 2 Bath House in a Quiet Neighborhood - Close to Beach and Bay

  We have stayed many places directly in Bethany Beach and also north and south of Bethany. This house was everything that the owner described and more. The owner was very pleasant to work with and answered any and all questions promptly. The view from the living, dining and kitchen area is very relaxing and beautiful. The house itself is very updated, exceptionally clean and modern. The ocean can be easily accessed by a short drive across the street to the many entrances to the public Delaware beaches. It is also only a short ride either to the Bethany Beach attractions or to the Ocean City attractions. The neighborhood where the house is situated is very well kept and quiet and peaceful. There were parking passes left for our use for the beach in the development. We could not locate the beach which was the only problem that we encountered. We are ocean lovers anyway so this did not effect our stay in any way. I would definitely recommend this rental to my family and friends.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

  Owner response: Our parking passes are for the entrance rd to the development and the path to the beach is across the highway and isn't obvious at first. You have to walk directly across the highway and the narrow path is there.

  What a gracious home to stay in. Our family of 6 had all we needed and more. Very spacious, well equipped, and close to a pristine beach. A short drive to all the tourist stuff. The owner made sure we had all the info of the area and checked on us. I would recommend this for all. we stayed august 2012. The listing is very accurate .

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

  We will definitely rent here again. The property was everything advertised and more. The landlord was awesome and went out of his way to assure that we had what we needed. The property was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

  We stayed here for 2 weeks in August, this place was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed and loved the floor plan. Beach access was an added bonus! We will be coming back next summer.
