Cancun Plaza is a mere 10 minutes from the airport, located in the famous Hotel Zone of Cancun. It is a securely gated community directly on the beach. There are two units for rent, 3409 & 3410 which may be rented separately as a single unit (sleeps 4), or combined with connecting door to create a master suite(sleeps 8). Both units are equipped with kitchenettes, allowing you to save on meals.
Sink your toes in the warm white sand, or float in the magnificent turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Build an amazing sand castle, or spend the day boogie boarding. Tip: bring some powder with you, it makes removing the sand quick and easy! If you would just like to view the ocean and avoid the sand, there is a wonderful "Infinity" pool on site. Surrounded with lounge chairs and a palapa bar with a light menu, you'll have nothing to do but relax!
Transportation is a breeze. Car rental agencies are conveniently located at the airport-they will welcome you outside of customs/immigration and shuttle you directly to their office. To arrive at Cancun Plaza, you could take a taxi or the airport shuttle for about $20. Once at Cancun Plaza, you are steps away from the bus, where for 6.5 pesos or about 60¢ you can get to shopping, dining, and the downtown area. Don't miss the Mercado 28 for some great deals on silver, and Mexican artistry. Bargain for a hammock and take home some relaxation as well as a souvenir! Tip: the Mercado 28 is where the locals shop, and offers the best bargains. It is only open until 8PM daily.
Cancun Plaza is a short distance from Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, and Playa Del Carmen, making it perfect for day trips. If fine dining is your desire, Cancun is internationally known for its gourmet fare. There are over 500 restaurant choices, offering many different styles of cuisine. Tip: One of our favorite restaurants is La Parilla, located on Yaxchilan Ave., in the downtown area. They are known for their flambé skills, and balancing multiple drinks on their heads, the Mariachi, as well as excellent food. Try the Tampequeña steak, and the Café de Oya (Mexican coffee) to experience some local flavor. You should be thoroughly entertained and satisfied upon your departure of La Parilla!
A reservation/ security deposit is required. There is a property manager on site, should you need anything. She will help you check in/out, and can provide you with tips, directions, suggestions for navigating Cancun.

Why the Owner Chose Cancun Plaza
My husband tends to check out the local area real estate wherever we vacation, and this was the case for Cancun as well. The condos were in need of updating, but have a great location and facilities. The price was right, and then we discovered the owner was also from Minnesota, and it just seemed like fate.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love the beach. I love waking up to the sound of waves. I am happy our association is constantly making improvements around the Plaza, including the construction of a new poolside restaurant. There is nothing missing in a vacation to Cancun, with something for everyone, from fine dining, dancing, swimming, shopping or site seeing.

We had an awesome time!!! Condo rooms were great. The faucet was dripping in the beginning of the week....no big deal. But middle of the week it was a steady flow that we couldn't stop. We called Chris and he came and just turned off the cold side and said he would come back the next day to fix it. He said he did and couldn't find a part that he needed. We just left it off the rest of the week. You may want to follow up with him on your own to see that it gets looked at. Thanks again for all your help. We feel like pros in Mexico now......rode the bus almost everyday into downtown. Found a couple little gems you should write down for future guests. Allison

Chris, your manager, was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We hit all the restaurants we had planned to. Suprisingly , the best fish we had was right next door for only $10 at the Bel-Air. The lunch called Garlic seafood fillet is great. We had it twice. I have eaten many fish in Canada and Florida and it was second to none. I would like to say they are a trustworthy, clean, and personable family. We feel most comfortable renting from you. Also, the area is very nice with great views. Somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cancun. Great for a relaxing vacation. We loved the white sand beach. The water is fabulous- great boogie boarding and body surfing for kids.

I have just returned from Cancun, the weather was divine(as it is most often), and I was able to complete my renovations.
