Located in the beautiful new Arrowleaf Lodge at Empire Pass in Upper Deer Valley. Developed by East West Partners who have built luxurious ski condos in Bachelors Gulch in Vail. Truly ski in and ski out. Walk out the back door, through the ski locker room to Silver Buck run. Ski down to the bottom of Silver Strike Express in a minute and start your day! It is a quad high speed chair lift which will bring you up to the top of Flagstaff Mountain with direct access to the Deer Valley ski trails. This fourth floor penthouse condo looks out over a gorgeous Deer Valley/Park City Mountain Resort Valley view. It faces west which makes for a sunny, warm exposure - great for drinks on the balcony in the afternoon. It is also more quiet than being on the slope side - no noisy snowmobiles or snow cats in the middle of the night!
The condo has a spectacular open great room with terrific views of the mountains. The unique wood floors are made from reclaimed wood from an old 1886 barn in Ohio. The kitchen has granite counter tops and a large bar with four bar stools. The Wolf Stove includes a griddle for making those scrumptious pancakes before a ski day. The refrigerator, wine cooler and microwave are Sub Zero. The dishwasher is a super quiet Asko. It is fully equipped for all your cooking and drinking needs.
The mission style oak dining table can comfortably seat six. The artwork features our famed aspen trees in each season.
The living room has a 42 inch LCD HD flat screen TV with DVD player over the gas fireplace. Just flip a switch and you have instant ambiance in the fireplace. Two comfy lay back chairs and a soft leather couch that pulls out into a very comfortable king bed.
Also included are a small seating area with a rocker, table and lamp that looks out over the mountains. There is a boom box / CD with speakers and wireless internet access. The sideboard holds a myriad of games and books for your enjoyment.
The powder room is off the front hall. One closet holds the Maytag stacked washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are covered with soft, wool carpet and each has their own full adjoining bath.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two end tables with lamps, full size dresser, large mirror and TV with a DVD player. You can lay in bed and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains through the extra large window. Curtains add coziness to the room.
The adjoining bath has granite counter tops, two sinks, a jetted tub, a large glass enclosed shower and a separate toilet room. The floor in the bathroom is heated.
The second bedroom has a king bed, two night stands with lamps, a dresser and a mirror. The adjoining bathroom has a shower/tub combo with one sink and a granite counter top.
Each bedroom includes a humidifier for your comfort.
All rooms have 2 inch wood blinds to be adjusted to your taste. The condo is tastefully appointed with original artwork by award winning Utah Pastel Artist, Jennifer Worsley.
The building has underground, heated parking. The ski locker room is on the first floor which includes your own ski locker with boot warmers. On this same floor is Arrowleaf Lodges Hearth Room. It includes a comfortable lobby with 2 computers, a Starbucks professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa machine and a library seating area. It also boasts a 100 year old restored Brunswick slate pool table, dart boards, games and a large stone fireplace with lots of comfy seating.
Outside the ski locker room is the fire pit and two Jacuzzis for your enjoyment.
Major BONUS: Take advantage of the convenient Dial-A-Ride chauffeur service to get around town. They will pick you up at the front door of the condo and drop you off to several spots around town. When you are ready to come home, just give them a call to pick you up.

Our family of 5 stayed in this unit during 2010 and liked it so much we visited again in 2011. The unit is exactly as described in the listing description and meticulously maintained. The owner is helpful in alll respects but we especially appreciated his recommendations on ski arrangements and restaurants. This is truly a ski in ski out property and the ability to store ski equipment in the owner's locker on the ground floor means that you literally walk out the back door in your boots, pop into your skis and are on your way (less than a minute to ski down to the Silver Strike Express lift). Overall, a superior property with a great owner, which makes for a most pleasant experience.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.
