3 Day Bed's at Pool - Scottsdale Vacation Condo This one bedroom luxury upscale, fully furnished condo has by far the most amenities in Scottsdale! It is located in the heart of North Scottsdale (The Venu & Edge). The 1,005 Sq Ft unit is furnished with brand new furnishings including: 42" 1080 p Samsung HDTV mounted on the wall with Direct TV and DVR, including 70 HD channels, HBO and full cable. A PlayStation 3 and Blue-ray DVD are provided. Great mountain views. We have a very nice comfy couch and coffee table in the living room, marble dining room table with leather chairs, chairs outside on a private patio, high end king size bed with linens provided. Ceiling fans are in every room. A washer and dryer are also inside the unit. All other items needed for kitchen and bathroom are provided. In this resort-style gated community, there are 2 clubhouses (Venu & Edge) that you are welcome to enjoy anytime. They include the following amenities (with everything free for use): 4 pools in the complex. Two are cabana style pools (heated for at night) with beds, pillows, towels and laptops (wireless high speed Internet is provided at the pool). Jacuzzis are at every pool. There is a concierge service on site which is available from 7 am to 11 PM, 7 days a week to help you with everything from dry-cleaning to dinner recommendations/reservations to-you name it. About 50 feet from the unit there is a brand new 3,000 square foot gym (open 24 hours). Private TV's are on each one of the many different style cardio exercise machines, with a huge free weight area. We have every major machine you could possible need. Yoga classes, Spin, Pilates and a bunch of other classes are complimentary at a private smaller gym in the complex. Personal chefs are on site to cook at the 3 gourmet kitchens in the clubhouse's. Join them for the cooking classes, food/wine tastings, sandwich Saturdays, morning waffles on Sundays, casual dining Mondays, pizza pie lunches Wednesdays, or book a private meal, etc. Free tanning bed onsite. Free full size gourmet coffee & Latte bar that everyone keeps coming back for. The Wall Street Journal, Arizona Republic, USA Today and other daily papers are available along with numerous magazines. One can book a massage or get a facial in the spa room. An activity van is available to take you places. Also airport pickup/drop off (call). High tech game room with plasma TV's devoted to every game system including Nintendo Wii, Play Station 3, and Xbox 360 with tons of games for each system. 2 full racing car simulators with full-motion hydraulics allow you to race with a friend right next to you & experience all the movements & vibrations that come with it. These aren't your typical simulators, these state-of-the-art puppies cost $20,000+ each! 3 pool (billiard) tables are included, also. There are 2 movie theaters (one that seats 16, one that's more personal). A list of the latest movies are provided, or bring your own DVD's. Laptops are provided for use in the clubhouse with free high speed wireless Internet, or you can use any one of the personal computers in the clubhouse. The huge great room has many plasma HD TV's inside and out! Watch TV outside at the bar or on the lounging couches overlooking a massive gas fireplace and the pool. Fun events and activities are available almost every day. Gas grills are virtually everywhere. Mountain bikes (Hummer brand) are available free for use (30 miles of trails). Mountain climbing and sightseeing trails are nearby. There is a playground for the kids. This is very close to the best golf courses in Scottsdale! It is walking distance to the Grayhawk Golf Club (home to the Men's Fry's PGA golf tour in Oct 2007), down the road from the TPC (PGA Tour FBR/Phoenix Open), Troon North, Boulders and many more! Use of Jet ski's, wakeboarding boats and pontoons are at Lake Bartlett (25 min away)-all you have to pay for is gas! Ski and Snowboard at the AZ Snow bowl in Flagstaff 1.5 to 2 hours away. (They already have received 17 feet of snow so far this season). The Cactus League MLB Spring Training in Feb/March is going on all around you. Literally there is ton's of shopping available at DC Ranch Market Street, Kier land, Fashion Square, Biltmore, Desert Ridge, and Promenade.
