Two bedroom unit with two baths, sleeps six. The unit is located on the beach side on the second floor with side views of the beach from your own private balcony.
We have year round security guards, beach side restrooms and snack bar with great food and drinks. Four swimming pools, three on the Gulf front and one on first floor, one heated and one great for small kids. There are rental chairs and umbrella's on the beach for your comfort. We also have large upper level sun decks. We have picnic tables near the barbecue grills for you do some of your own cooking if you wish.
Our complex is only three stories high made of concrete construction, with enclosed out-of-the weather hallways with two elevators and several stairwells.
This unit is clean and they are checked before and after you leave. We look forward to having you as a part of our yearly rental family.
