We love the outdoor fun,fishing,boating,jet-skiing,sunning,sightseeing,kayaking,picnicking,friends and sunsets.Weiss Lake is very impressive,from the waterfalls,canyons,from the beauty of the Mountains,so much to do and see.Can be relaxing or as thrilling as you like.
We hope you take time out and come visit...and stay a lifetime with us at Weiss Lake.Where the fishing is always great and the people are nice.

My husband and I decided to rent a lake house for our anniversary and wanted to bring our boat. We selected this lake house because the rates were very good and we had never been to Weiss Lake. When we first walked in, we were delighted to arrive at a house that was very clean and cozy. We have rented houses before and they are usually very dusty and bathrooms are so so. I usually have to spend time cleaning but not at this house! This house is so nicely decorated and everything is maintained well. We had a great time!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

The home is very clean and quite. Just far enough away for solitude, but not too far away from groceries, restaurants and place for sight seeing. Looking forward to returning in the near future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We had an Awesome time...loved the home, very clean and relaxing. very private, nice area....so peaceful we wanted to just moved in. All grocery store and resturants are very close. This is a nice place to stay. The area is very quiet. The house is well done and comfortable. At the height of our stay we had 7 in our party and although it isn't a huge house, it was comfortable. We did need to run to the store for a few missing household necessities, but otherwise it was great. The kids enjoyed the large yard. We would stay again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a fishing trip to Lake Weiss. The vacation home we rented was like a home away from home. The newly renovated home had completely new furnishings, and had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable, and it was so tastefully decorated. We met the owners, John and Angela - they were very nice to us. If you are going to Lake Weiss to fish or just relax, we would highly recommend this vacation rental. It certainly is the place we will be staying on our trips to Lake Weiss.

We hope that you find our lake home very relaxing and peaceful. Our family has worked hard to create a vacation home that is peaceful and relaxing and a great place to stay. We have opened our home up to people that would like to experience the life on the lake even if for a short time. We still have a lot of plans to improve the property. Which will include a fishing & boat dock? With a Gazebo and a open Fire Pit located near the water for family cook outs coming in the summer of 2010. So please come and enjoy yourself at Weiss Lake getaway.
