Come and enjoy our newly remodeled, first floor unit located in building B with all of the comforts of home! New ceramic tile, new air conditioner, fresh paint, new bedding and newly remodeled kitchen with full size appliances are just a few of the items to make your stay comfortable.

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort offers on-site bike and skate rentals, Rumrunners Oceanfront bar & grill, deli, 10 lighted tennis courts, 24 hour security, fitness center, playground and 2 pools including the largest oceanfront pool on HHI. Activities are also offered for the kids from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.

A 10% SC State lodging tax will be charged.  Linens and cleaning service
are included.  Absolutely No Smoking.  Weeks run from 4p.m. Saturday - 11a.m.
Saturday.  1/3 deposit required to reserve a week - balance due 30 days prior to
arrival.  Monthly rental available Sep-Feb. (Refundable Security Deposit required)

We just returned home this afternoon after spending 3 nights at your villa. We had a wonderful time! We have stayed at several condos at HHB&T and yours was by far our favorite. So clean and convenient to everything. Perfect location! Hope to stay there again on future visits!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a clean and welcoming arrangement after our 10 hour drive from Jackson TN. This was certainly worth the drive. Our all girls family group found it to be just perfect.
