"High Waters" is newly renovated: light, airy, fresh! Each bedroom has a sliding door out to a private balcony or deck area. Enjoy your morning coffee and the 180 degree vista from the huge house deck or walk down the hillside steps and across scenic North Manitou Trail to the lakefront deck area. Dock your boat(included with trailer parking on property) and you have 17 miles of Lake Leelanau for water sports. Or bicycle the half mile into the village for a day on a Lake Michigan beach! For outdoor fun we have available for you: kayaks, bikes, beach towels & chairs, swim noodles, binoculars, and more! Meals are easy in the full kitchen, on the grill - or in the village! Our local restaurants and eateries serve everything from breakfast and picnic baskets to gourmet-to-go and fine cuisine.

Non-refundable deposit of 1/2 required at booking.
Second 1/2 required 14 days prior to stay.
$300 Security Deposit required at check in & refundable after stay.
