Tastefully decorated and immaculately well-kept, this apartment features a fully-stocked brand-new kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, ceiling fans in each room, central air, 2 updated bathrooms, TVs in each bedroom and the living room, along with VCRs and DVD players.
For your convenience, there is also an Aero mattress that sleeps 2, a private enclosed outdoor shower, a front porch with furniture and a large laundry room with storage and a washer and dryer. Off-street parking in rear, with ample parking located on street in front of house.
This home is located a very short walk to the lovely 39th Street beach, which is a lifeguard protected area. Ocean City’s beaches are clean and spacious! 4 beach tags are included with your rental. Property is also located four blocks from a large family playground, which also has tennis and basketball courts.
The 34th street area includes family restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and a large supermarket. Ocean City has many family attractions including a wonderful boardwalk with amusements, mini-golf, a water park and a Music Pier with entertainment.
The Downtown shopping district includes blocks of fun shops and excellent restaurants! Many other island attractions such as deep-sea fishing, jet ski rentals, and golf courses are close by. We are also located only 25 minutes from the casinos and excitement of Atlantic City.
Tenants must provide their own bed linens (one queen bed, one double bed, three twin beds) and towels. 4 beach tags will be provided, but must be returned prior to departure for use by next tenants. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, check-in 2:00 p.m. and check-out 11:00 a.m. Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed. We rent to families only, no senior week or prom group rentals.
