Looking for a vacation home that is conveniently close to Colorado ski and golf resorts, lakes, horseback riding, fly fishing, and the National Forest? Edgewater in Granby is such a place--surrounded with all of the reasons that we love Colorado and long for weekends of fresh powder, rippling rivers, and tee times. For premium catch and release fly fishing, you'll never have to leave the resort. We have 1/2 mile of private Gold Medal fly-fishing on the Fraser River, access to miles more, our own on site fly shop, and fly-tying stations. We also have four stocked trout ponds for your fishing enjoyment. For a change of pace, you'll also enjoy fishing, boating, and water skiing on Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Lake, and Grand Lake. SKIING/ SNOWBOARDING - Just 1 mile to the south is SolVista Ski Area at Granby Ranch, a perfect family ski area, and Colorado's favorite ski resort, Winter Park Ski Resort, along with Mary Jane, are only 20 miles away. SNOWMOBILING - Only 15 minutes away, you will find miles of groomed snowmobile trails in the quaint town of Grand Lake. SNOWSHOEING/ CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING - Edgewater's trail system is groomed for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing each winter, or visit Snow Mountain Ranch or Devil's Thumb for miles and miles of trails. THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK - Enjoy the abundant wildlife in the RMNP as you hear the bugling elk, photograph moose in the willows, or catch site of a bald eagle, just minutes away, as you drive, hike, bike, or horseback ride through the forest, over spectacular Trail Ridge Road, into Estes Park for festivals and shopping. GOLFING - There are four world-class golf courses surrounding Edgewater on all sides. Within one mile, you will find the Grand Elk Golf Course, the Headwaters Golf Course at Granby Ranch / SolVista, and the Orvis Shorefox Golf Course which is currently under construction. Within 20 miles in either direction, you will find the Pole Creek Golf Course, and the Grand Lake Golf Course. HORSEBACK RIDING - Within fifteen minutes in any direction, you will find guided horseback riding.

$250 refundable deposit will be collected on credit card.
There is a $50 cleaning fee. This can be collected seperatley or deducted from
the $250 deposit.

30% payment due at time of booking, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
