Hear the ocean, and watch the dolphins from the oversized chaise lounges inside and out or maybe just cuddle in the sun with that book you have been meaning to read. Three bedrooms have ocean and bay views as well as the kitchen, dining room, and great room and all exit to the terraces. Fenced property and security for your family is essential, 5 restaurants within walking distance and Ruth Chris Steakhouse will deliver right to your door. Located next door to Henderson Beach State park with walking trails, an on site aerobic center, and on site weight room will surely suffix anyone's need to exercise. Of course there is always the beach, volleyball, basketball, and indoor heated pool and outdoor lagoon size swimming pool. If that doesn't do it then the spa will have to do, with massages, pedicures, and manicures for men and women or maybe even try a new hair do. All these things should relax, rejuvenate, and refresh your mind and body. Or why not just do nothing, have your food delivered to your beach chair, and then snooze the afternoon away on the sandy beaches.
The rich, dark wood floors and furnishings along with the king sized bed encompass luxury with a separate sitting area for TV or reading. The pictures do not do justice for this penthouse unit! It is gorgeous! The property owner is wonderful to work with! She was always helpful and quick to return emails and answer questions. She makes it obvious she wants you to enjoy her beautiful unit and to feel welcome! We had two families staying here and had plenty of room. I also recommend renting the cabana. It is nice to be able to keep all your beach items and have a refrigerator right there for cold drinks and your private bath! Thanks again Vanessa!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! It is beautifully decorated and maintained. The walk to the pool and beach is very short, and having covered parking and place to leave our beach gear was great! We had two families staying here for nine days and we never felt crowded. The rooms are all large and have ample closets and bathrooms, but the upstairs master is the definition of a penthouse suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ~ thank you so much, Venessa!
