--The home is within walking distance of nearby SanDestin Beach Resort, Hilton Hotel and Towers, Baytowne, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

--Two laundry rooms help with all the wash that piles up during a week's visit. Two kitchens also makeup the home, often providing privacy as a mother-in-law suite or second-family space.
--A private decked walkway leads visitors over the sand dunes to the water, waves, and beach. Umbrellas and beach chairs are available for rental or carry your own. There are no busy streets to cross to access the beach.
--Driving to the area is an option many visitors choose, but in addition, a number of major airlines service the community from the Ft. Walton Beach, Panama City, and Pensacola airports. Rental cars are plentiful -- even the convertibles!

Wow, this house is awesome with its short, short walk to the beach, the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the sugar white beach and the blazing sun -- all ingredients for the best vacation in Destin ever! Chateau de Beach also has a pool for its guests which offers something different and private from the other run-of-the-mill kind of rentals in Destin. So Unique. Check it out!
