Our family just spent twelve nights at Rachel's townhouse. The townhouse was clean and well maintained. The cost for almost two weeks was less that than that of a hotel for a few nights. The photos in the listing are exactly rental appearance. Its a beautiful home with everything needed for a family to enjoy an extended vacation. The development has many amenities that the kids enjoyed. The heated-swimming pool and playground are literally steps from the front door of townhouse. It was a short ride to the Disney Parks, and Universal and Coco Beach. We've stayed in Disney in the past and enjoyed staying at the townhouse so much more. We were able to cook our own food when we wanted to, or choose to eat out. We are definitely staying here again and would recommend Rachel's townhouse to all our friends and family. Rachel was easy to talk to and our welcome package had all instructions and directions door to door. Thanks Rachel for a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year. -

Our family of seven had a fabulous time over Spring Break vacation visiting Disney, Sea World and Cocoa Beach. Our stay was all the better because of the accommodations that we came home to every night after being on foot all day at parks! Home was EXCELLENT. We often have a difficult time finding homes that are spacious enough for our large family - not the case here...we had TONS of space for everyone, and could have brought a few friends! We had everything needed at our fingertips and were literally just a few steps from the magnificent pool. In addition, we were no more than 10 minutes from all major attractions and never had to get on the busy highways to get where we needed to go. Shopping, Restaurants & Parks all nearby!! Home was well-maintained, clean, and exactly has advertised online. Rachel was a pleasure to do business with and we will absolutely recommend your home for any visitors to the area - and will definitely be repeat customers ourselves!! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Our family had a WONDERFUL time over Spring Break 2010 at Disney World and Sea World...our trip was even better because our accommodations at the end of long days at the park were EXCELLENT. We are a family of seven, so finding affordable housing that truly fits everyone is typically a difficult task. We were thrilled to find that we all fit very comfortably and could have even brought a friend or two!! Home is in excellent shape, well-maintained, directly in front of the main clubhouse and large olympic size pool and entrance! There were plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Highly recommend this home for your next family vacation to the Orlando area - we were literally 10 minutes from all major attractions and tons of dining, shopping, etc. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. We are Holli O'Quinn's parents and visited there the week before Christmas. What a beautiful clean place. We own cabins in East Tenn. and know what it is like to maintain rentals. I was so impressed. Thanks again for allowing us to vacate there. With the large group, it was so relaxing to have our own space and still be together. I especially liked the quitness, security and the beautiful landscape, a great place to walk. The children enjoyed the beautiful pools and play grounds. I have already recommended it to friends. Thanks again. We want to return.

Rachel Having enjoyed 10 fabulous weeks in your home over the winter of 2009, it seemed appropriate to say a hugh thank you for your unfailing attention to detail and your clear and concise communication with us at all times. The house was superb and we condider the overall site to be clean and safe for adults and children alike. We also found the resort staff to be couteous, efficient and caring. A great experience that we would recommend to any and all prospective renters. No worries about renting this outstanding property. Many thanks for a memorable winter away..we will be back..

Hi Rachel, We enjoyed staying in your condo. It was very clean and neat. It was close to all attractions yet away from the hussle and bussle of Kissimmee, as I remembered it. This was a quiet residential area. The pool was well kept and we were happy to jump in for a swim. We would certainly recommend your condo to any of our friends andwould not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for making our vacation relaxing and worry free. i just came back from my vacation had a great time wonderful place to stay pool was great i was close to every thing i needed to be everyone was helpful i would stay there again this is my 2nd time staying there the best i have found out of 7 yrs of going to orlando
