The house is a mere 50 feet away from the Lake. We have a canoe and kayaks available for use right from the beautiful backyard.

The best bike/ped trail in the county connects at the end of the driveway with a 5 minute walk to downtown Dillon, outdoor amphitheater, restaurants or great bike treks to Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail.
Dillon Marina and Tiki bar is a short walk along the shoreline with stunning, panoramic views of Lake Dillon, Keystone, North Peak, Mt. Guyot and Breckenridge.
The best skiing in Colorado is within minutes: 5 to Keystone… 10 to Arapahoe Basin… 25 to Breckenridge and Copper… 45 to Vail and Beaver Creek. The Silverthorne Factory Outlet stores are also just 5 minutes away.
Please note that 2 of us, and a friendly Shi-Tzu occupy the completely separate walkout garden level, leaving the main and upstairs floors (2200 square feet) for your private enjoyment. It has a separate entrance, shared 2-car garage with 2 additional tandem driveway parking spaces.
