We just know you'll join the rest that have become annual guests!
This Vacation Home is part of Sunset Motel on the Bay and Vacation Home Properties. You will have access to over 500 feet of private Lake Superior Shore Line that is equiped with picnic tables; grills; lounge chairs; shuffle board court; lawn games and children's play area.
We are open year around to take advantage of all four seasons. WINTER brings lots of snow that we measure in "feet" not inches. We are known for our miles of groomed cross country ski trails and snowmobile trails. Ice fishing Munising Bay (outside your front door) has become popular...we catch Whitefish, Lake Trout and Coho Salmon.
Take advantage of off season rates and join us in the SPRING when waterfalls (two within walking distance) are at their fullest and all the spring flowers blanket the nature trails. FALL season is also considered off season and you haven't seen fall colors until you have seen the explosion of orange, red and yellow on the surrounding hillsides of Munising Bay. Colors are at their peak the end of September or early October.
Sand Point Beach is located 3 miles down the road, voted in the top five beaches in the U.S.! Spectacular views of Grand Island and miles of nature trails will make you think you are in paradise.
Homes rent from Saturday to Saturday, but we will consider stays shorter then a week during off seasons, please call for availability.

Just wanted to drop a note and say thank you for the hospitalty you showed to us during our visit there on Aug 6th thru Aug. 13th. It was our first time in the UP and we had a fabulous time. The house was very well kept and very clean. It was just as pictured on the website and brochure. Again thank you for making out stay enjoyable.
