Located just a short drive from historic and beautiful Charleston South Carolina, Seabrook Island is one of the South's best kept secrets. Seabrook Island is the perfect place to vacation. The Island offers golf, tennis, trail rides on the beach, swimming off white sand beaches in a natural setting that includes blue herons, pelicans, osprey, white tailed deer, bobcats, foxes, dolphins and there is a wildlife sanctuary located just south of the island.
The newly renovated villa is light and airy, has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a living room and a dining/sitting area. The villa overlooks beautiful Bohicket Creek Marsh. The villa is a two minute walk from the tennis courts, best of both worlds, marsh side and tennis courts. As you drive throughout Seabrook Island the live oaks covered with Spanish moss form a shady awning overhead. The flat roads are perfect for bicycling, jogging, or just walking and the speed limit is 25 mph. Dining on Seabrook Island offers a choice of several restaurants and there are more on nearby Kiawah and John's Island.
Island activities include tennis, two 18 hole golf courses, a full equestrian center, a beach club with pools and snack bar, and a full fitness center. The Beach Club provides you with views of the ocean and the use of several pools, including two pools for small children, as well as dining and drinks. There are two beach areas to choose from. The Edisto River beach affords a chance to see dolphin feeding grounds and in the spring the loggerhead turtles lay their eggs on the beach. North Beach has a lovely surf. All Beaches are accessible as is the Condominium Pool. The Equestrian Center provides one of the few places on the East Coast where you can enjoy a ride on the beach. Charleston is a short drive from Seabrook Island. The beautiful, historic city of Charleston’s activities include carriage rides to view the historic Battery and the French Quarter. You can also tour the Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon or shop in the Market.

What a special time we had in your lovely condo at Seabrook. The setting could not have been more lovely after long days of sight seeing what a pleasure it was to return to your peaceful retreat and view the marsh, sunsets and ever changing wildlife that would come by for a visit. The beach décor was charming as well and the towels so lovely!!! It truly was a treasure for us and we couldn't image a better place to enjoy the lowcountry of SC .
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Thanks to the owners for letting my teenage son and I stay at this cozy vacation spot. It was a nice touch to find flowers on the table. The villa was nicely equipped, clean, quiet and the perfect location for our needs. The decorating was nicely done with a beach theme carried through the villa. It was colorful yet simple, but nicely stated and not over done. We really liked being a little closer to the gate, as our activities and touring took us out of Seabrook daily. Yet we still had the pleasure of being in Seabrook. It was close to the Racquet Club and the Equestrian Center as well. Having 2 full bathrooms was a plus for a Father and son get-away. The villa was very comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. It would still be comfortable for a small family with 1 child/teen or 2 younger children. Wish we could have stayed longer. I wish it had a wireless internet, but found that I could go to the nearby coffee house to get my fill of internet and refreshing frozen lattes.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

This villa is very spacious with two full baths! The view off the screened porch is beautiful. The villa has everything you need. It is well taken care of and quite clean. No clutter here! The beach is a short drive to other side of the island (less than 5 minutes). The area in general is simply pristine and just lovely.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway.
