This Corner Unit is located on the second floor with shops and restaurants on the first floor. This unit has the BEST VIEWS IN TOWN! We have just finished remodeling the entire unit, with new carpeting, new tile in the kitchen, dining area and both baths, and new paint and oil-rubbed bronze light fixtures throughout. It is centrally located in the Middle of Town, 250 feet to either the Red Ski Lift or the Copper Ski Lifts, overlooking Brandenburg Park and great views of Main Street and the surrounding mountains. This privately owned condo has new owners, with new appliances and a full kitchen. Many people think this is the best and nicest condo in Red River!
You will love this bright, one level, 2 Bedroom with 2 full Baths. The new leather sofa converts into a sleeper sofa if needed. There is also a new cozy leather chair that converts into a twin bed. Both bedrooms have King size beds with great mattresses. Enjoy a LARGE open living room with a rock, woodburning fire place with free firewood. Lots of Windows on two sides, all with terrific views of the mountains and ski runs, with access to the balcony from a bedroom and living room. Full kitchen with breakfast bar and swivel bar stools. Amenities include: Daily Maid Service (trash emptied and fresh towels daily), Underground Parking with new glass elevator and an outside heated pool!
EVERY SUMMER AND WINTER ACTIVITY you can imagine is available from Downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, roller skating, miniature golf, go-carts, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white water rafting, ATV rentals and golfing nearby.
