The first floor unit has a king bed, a bunk area, a queen convertible sofa bed, 1 full bath with tub and shower, full kitchen, 42' LG LCD HGTV, and a patio area. Rent either unit separately or both units together for a large family or group. Complimentary WiFi is provided for guests during their stay. My husband and I spent a lovely week in Nantucket Cottages 1A (upstairs, away from the craziness of Hwy. 98, but only two blocks away from all that it offers: restaurants, shopping, theaters. The condo was very well appointed: new HDTV, pillow top mattress and a well-equipped kitchen. The beach was just across the street and the Gulf was visible between the buildings. The rent was quite reasonable for such a convenient, lovely unit, and the beaches in Destin are the nicest we've ever seen in the USA.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 13/13
