This UNIT SLEEPS 6 and is the CLOSEST 1 BR/Bunk room to the BEACH on the property. This unit is PROFESSIONALLY managed and PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED so you have PEACE OF MIND that it is well taken care of and CLEAN. LOCATED across the street from the BEACH. Beach Resort was built in 2006 and all the amenities are well thought out.
The KITCHEN and BATHROOM are filled with UPGRADES such as STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, 16 INCH ANGLED TILE throughout the unit with carpet in the bedrooms. The BUNK's were custom made with a TV for the kids and a full bathroom is adjacent to the bunk room. The MASTER BEDROOM is closest to the door for added SECURITY for those with small children. Additional SAFETY features include an extra lock for the balcony door so your small children cannot reach it.
There is a TV in every room so there is no fighting over what to watch!
UNIT #415 has a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the GULF and the pool is considered one of the NICEST POOLS on Scenic 98. The Resort amenities include a FREE FORM, 5000 SQ. FT. pool with tropical landscaping, 9000 SF paverstone decking, a heated spa, three covered grilling areas for outdoor cooking and 300 ft of RESORT ONLY PRIVATE deeded beach access. Cabana/restrooms are located by the pool for your convenience.
An UNDERGROUND COVERED parking space is reserved for each guest with extra parking for any additional visitors.

Fantastic!!! It was my and my two boys first vist to Destin and won't be the last. My husband found this complex on a golf trip and decided he loved it and had to show us. We all feel in love with the complex. The pool and complex was very clean. We are looking forward to a many more summer stays at the Beach Resort.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

It was very spacious for a one bedroom. The bunk area made it feel like two bedrooms! My husband and I are not fond of condo complexes but we gave it a shot because from the pics it didnt look large. We were so happy to find that the Beach Resort was exactly like the pics had shown, and it was a small complex, so we didnt feel like we were on top of the person next door.

My family and I had a great time a Beach Resort. I was so glad that this condo was within our budget! Beach Resort It is very new and has a gorgeous view of the gulf from the balcony.

What a beautiful condo! The decor is stunning; everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself is included and available to you. Plus the fabulous white sands of the beaches are just calling to you. We enjoyed the fact that the beach is right there, but every convenience you can possibly conceive of is just minutes away. We didn’t take advantage of the pool - instead spent time on the beach, but children would love the pool - and there’s plenty of space for picnics and cook-outs. We really enjoyed having a covvered parking space and elevators! Thanks for the use of your beautiful place!
