Escaping the snow

My wife and I planned ahead to escape part of another Northeast winter with this two week reservation. Everything on the website was absolutely true and the vacation couldn't have been improved upon (except that Savannah had it's coldest February in 75 years). The cottage was great, location fabulous and the owners (The Cooks) couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. We had our dog with us and she enjoyed her time down South almost as much as we did. Can't recommend this rental anymore highly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+.

Fabulous location in the heart of the historic district of Savannah just a block from the Pirate House and River Street. Cute and comfortable cottage with all the amenities including a bottle of Merlot, cheese, crackers, strawberries, juice, milk, etc. to get you started on your vacation. We'll be back! Thank you!

The Wakefield Cottage is very comfortable. It is in a great location in the beautiful historic district of Savannah. My dog, Sophie, and I are planning to return soon.
