This beautiful oceanfront condo is located in the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos. You can enjoy spectacular and unobstructed views of the Caribbean as you step through the sliding glass doors leading from your living room and onto your private patio. Less than 100 feet away is the inviting soft and sandy beach that seem to extend forever. As you gaze over the deep blue waters of the Caribbean you can see the Great Barrier Reef that was declared a 'National Marine Park'. The natural reef keeps the sea calm and peaceful creating ideal conditions for swimming, snorkeling, or diving. A lovely pool is just outside your door with comfortable lounge chairs and a shower to wash away the sand. Maid service is included.
This unit offers a new king sized bed in the large bedroom which also boasts 2 twin beds for additional guests. There is a fold out futon in the living room. Dual zone air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room ensures your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare fresh fish,vegetables and fruits from the local markets in town.
Puerto Morelos has many fine restaurants that present, local cuisine as well as some with a more international flair. There are numerous shops and markets to explore in the village square.
We are wheelchair accessible and offer a beach wheelchair for your use if desired.
Our on site property manager speaks English. Roberto and Selena welcome you with a warm smile and are happy to offer assistance for most any requests or situation.
Don't forget that the excitement and magical mood of Play del Carmen or Cancun's Hotel District is just a short excursion away.

Very nice place. Full kitchen and fridge if you want to cook, although with all the restaurants to sample in Puerto Morelos there's no need to cook! Property owner was great to work with. The listing was accurate and perfectly described the place. This unit is right by the pool, and the beach isn't much further! The property was very clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable, and despite there being only 2 of us, I think the condo could easily handle 4 people. Wonderful place to spend time away from the craziness of Playa del Carmen!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
