Our apartment is located in a secure Art deco building, which has a lift. The apartment was recently renovated and boasts a fantastic 1150 sq ft(110 sq meters) of space.
It has a large bright and airy Living and dining area with beautiful parquet flooring leading onto a sunny balcony/terrace with 180 degree view of the ocean. There is a bright Kitchen , large bathroom , a small bathroom & separate toilet, and two bright bedrooms.
Nice is a wonderful base for travelling to Monaco, Cannes ,Eze , Saint Tropez, and its a 1.5 hour train ride to Italy.
There are numerous festivals, Museums , Opera , Antiques, Cafes , Casinos and fantastic restaurants. 7 minutes walking from centre of Nice, 5 minutes to the famous Negresco hotel.
Beach is 50 mtrs away!

Year Purchased: 2006
Hi there , we purchased our apartment in May 2006 , and Nice has become a second home to us. Its such an accessible location , especially for those travelling ( as we do with small children) the Airport is a quick 15 min journey and the bus stops accross the street from the apartment. The supermarket is around the corner, you dont need a car.
We love the fact that you can walk out the door to the beach , & within 5 minutes you are home for lunch. Nice, has so much to offer in both winter and summer.
We hope you enjoy your stay in our apartment and soak up some of what Nice has to offer. There lots!!
