Downstairs the family room includes a full futon for additional sleeping. You will also find cozy chairs in which to watch a movie or cable TV. The living room features comfortable furnishings and an attractive fireplace.
You will also find a nicely equipped full kitchen with small breakfast bar and a nice dining room in addition to a full bath and a laundry room.
This home has plenty of parking in the front and back of the home with space for you to bring your boat, or store your fishing gear in the utility room.
This beach house is conveniently located one house behind ocean front and has a view from the upstairs master bedroom, it is only two blocks from downtown Rockaway.
There is no need to drive to shops and restaurants, as you will find everything right at your footsteps.
