Conveniently located in the gated community of Playacar, literally 15 minutes walk from the ferry terminal to Cozumel and Starbucks in downtown Playa Del Carmen, we also have 4 bikes for easy access to the stores and restaurants on the remainder of 5th Avenue.
This 2 + 1 bedroom link foundation townhouse shares an oversized pool with the other 15 units in the complex. It backs onto an aviary so you can drink your coffee in the morning either sat on the back patio or on the balcony off the master bedroom listening to the birds.
Your parking space is directly outside the front door and is at the end of its own street which has private 24 hour security for your added comfort.
Inside, all finishes have been upgraded, from the fitted wardrobes and cupboards throughout to the tiled floors and Venetian plastered walls, a great feature if you suffer from allergies in this humid climate.
The kitchen is for entertaining; it’s fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer. The den closes off with a pullout double bed and with a full ground floor bathroom you can easily create a third bedroom. You can sit in the family room and watch satellite TV (currently subscribed) or browse the internet with high speed wireless (there is a $60 subscription charge, the router is hooked up but you will need to bring a notebook).
Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. Additionally, the master has a king size bed and the second bedroom easily accommodates the two queen size beds. There is a pull-through door closing off the den (visible in the second photograph)and a sofa bed that creates the third bedroom if needed.

- Cable/Satellite TV: I have a subscription to Sky Satellite and there are plenty of english language programs available (some sub-titled). Wall mounted flat screen tv. I also have satellite radio there so will probably just leave the receiver hooked up there as I don't need it at home.

There is an additional charge to the ISP though as they charge $60 per month of usage. If it hasn't been used recently then you will need to pay that, otherwise you may get in on th etail end of a previous renter's usage.
