Brand new condominium in beautiful Panama City Beach Florida! Available to rent for the first time in 2008-- be among the first to stay! This unit is located on the 10th floor and consists of 907 square feet with a 190 square foot balcony. It is located near the middle of the entire complex. The large balcony overlooks the pool area and the sugar sand beach and emerald ocean.
This unit is professionally decorated! Inside you find tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted. The master bedroom contains a king size bed with a premium mattress, LCD television and remote controlled ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a window that overlooks the pool and beach. Each bathroom has its own hair dryer.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, pots & pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, full size refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal, even granite counter tops! The living room has a couch that folds out to make a queen size bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, LCD television and DVD player. There is a large sliding glass door that leads out to the spacious balcony.
The bunk room contains a set of bunk beds and a closet. The second full bathroom is located off of the bunk room. Sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably!
Parking is available in secure parking deck. There is a covered check in area and several elevators. Pineapple Willy's Restaurant & Bar is right next door, Waffle House and Wal-Mart are within walking distance. This is the perfect condo in the perfect location! Check out the pictures!
