Our 1.8-acre property is perched on a mountainside in the Kapaa/Wailua area. Each of the private levels offers vast views of the Sleeping Giant/Nounou Mountain range, Kong, Makaleha Mountains, and distant ocean.
Just four miles from Kapaa's east-side beaches, our central location makes it easy to travel to all of Kauai’s lovely destinations. Away from crowded resorts, we offer a sample of Kauai-living and serene, quiet beauty. We offer "our home for your memories".
The two story home above has an extensive deck facing the views. A 3rd level was built on the lower level of the property, but since it's on a mountain slope, this unit is literally 'in the treetops' with valleys & majestic mountain ranges beyond. Our nearly-new Treetop level offers 1400 square feet of spacious luxury. It is replete with pristine views and cool breezes and is very private and quiet. Professionally designed, furnishings include tropical/contemporary furniture, extensive use of granite, archways throughout.
Our property is non-smoking. Ask us about discounts for monthly and short- term stays.

Why the Owner Chose Kapaa
This island is amazing and a WONDERFUL place to live, (although we don't live here full-time). Amy has roots in the islands since 1978, and has been a student of the Hawaiian culture for the past 14 years; she plays ukulele, sings, and dances hula.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Most of our guests say that photos or videos on the internet do not represent how beautiful the home and views really are! We've had very happy guests at "Our Kauai". The views are stunning, the tropical vegetation & fruit trees surrounding the home is lush. Due to the elevation and open architecture, the tradewinds provide cool breezes. It is a desirable, private neighborhood and central to all of the islands shores.

We are blessed to have a home on Kauai, and, that we can share it with our guests. We also have a home in northern California, close to where Larry manages a large commercial farm. Amy remodels homes, condominiums, and vacation rentals on Kauai and in northern CA. She also performs in retirement and nursing homes, bringing Hawaiian, Country and vintage music to the elderly. They have 2 'sons', Behr & Scooter.
