Great views, master view of Gulf. Well appointed condo. Grounds are pristine. Beds comfortable. Clean unit. Bunkroom really small, but fine.Real washer and dryer (not stacked). BIG BIG bathrooms. Good TVs etc. The dining table in the condo very, very small, but you can sit four at the granite counter comfortably. We ate outside at the big table on the balcony, so it never mattered! Kitchen has no muffin tin or round baking pans if you need that sort of thing! The elevators are fast and always available. The fitness room and bikes ready to rent are a bonus. The beaches are marvelous. Very uncrowded. You can walk to many restaurants. Dolphin rental personnel are exceptional, they answer phone right away and had there been a problem, they are the type to jump on it. Oh, pool and hot tub amazing were amazing.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is our third year - Anna at Dolphin is always a pleasure to work with - the condo was clean and neat, the location is great; easy access to beach and pool, shops etc on 30A, safe and fun for the kids & cousins who also stayed there. Only wrinkle this year was the condition of the hot tub, which started off green then was shocked and chemically for a day, then went green again quickly - never quite had a happy medium. Still, the pool and gym facilities were great and we are always happy and comfortable at the condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
