This home is a second-row home with an ocean view. This quiet, gated neighborhood has a private lake with a community fishing pier. Outside there is plenty of room to gather for cookouts.
The Biscayne" has several community walkovers for beach access and one golf cart bridge. There is no vehicle access to and from the beach directly located within the subdivision, so you will be able to enjoy peaceful nights and beautiful sunrises.
