This beautiful brand new 1500 square foot condo is on the top floor and sits right on the water where you can enjoy waking up to a view of the Lake while in bed. With your full service kitchen you can have your breakfast and coffee on the balcony while watching water skiers race by. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a private jacuzzi and shower, the second bedroom also has a queen bed with it's own private bath, the third bedroom includes twin beds and a private bath. There's also a hide-a-bed for two additional people. The unit has it's own washer and dryer and is fully furnished. Boat slip rentals are available upon request.

For great food and entertainment,Toad Cove is the hot spot of the Lake, which is part of The Horny Toad complex. This is directly across the street from our Aqua-Fin complex. The Toad Cove has a full service restaurant that features lots of night life, bars, dancing and big name entertainment. Click on the link provided. $90 cleaning fee regardless of number of nights booked.
One night's deposit due at reservation & refunded after cleaning and inventory.
Full payment by check must be made 30 days prior to arrival,
or cashier's check/cash must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Year Purchased: 2007

This is our second home so we take great pride in caring for it and because we use it too, we are particular who we rent to. Every weekend it's not rented out, you can be sure that we are utilizing it and enjoying every minute of it! We have a boat that we keep there so we spend lots of time on the water just swimming, sun bathing (me) or admiring the magnificant mansions that you see by water up and down the coves. During the fall and winter months, when rentals cease, we are usually there every weekend. It's so very peaceful, so quiet, not a soul to be heard or seen and you can't imagine the beauty of the Lake in the winter months. We truly love this place and plan on keeping it for a very, very long time.

Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend

My husband grew up in St. Louis but his weekends were trips to the Lake with his family which he enjoyed as a kid. His passion for the water and boating only grew as he got older and when he introduced me to the Lake some years ago, I too realized what kept him attached to it after all those years. I quickly became "hooked" to the Lake scene and we knew it was inevitable that we invest in our own place there. We wanted a condo that was quality-built, on the lake, close to the night life as well as a quiet area as well. Our condo fits all of this criteria. We are within a 15 to 20 minute drive to any kind of shopping we possibly would want to do, including groceries, casual and fine dining or we can simply walk across the street to one of the two restaurants and listen to live music while eating dinner. This made it the perfect property for us. Plus..we looked ALL over the Lake before we purchased this condo and in our opinion, this was the nicest, most beautiful property we viewed. Also, the developer lives on the premises of the complex, which is an added bonus for all parties concerned, and NO other complex at the Lake offered this.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Walk across the parking lot, cross the street and listen to live bands play while eating hot wings and sipping on a chilled beverage. However, if you're low-keyed, like we are, sit out on the balcony instead with your friends during the day and take in the beauty of the water as the skiers fly by or look out at the stars at night and the lights across the cove. If there's music being played across the street, you can't hear it on our balcony, so it's quite peaceful, tranquil. For swimmers or sun bathers, we have 2 pools and 1 is just around the corner from our building. You like getting in a HUGE hot tub, there's one of those too, next to the main pool by the office. Or, we have a jetted tub in the master bedroom for those who don't want to venture outside. No one has to share a bathroom since each bedroom has it's own private full bath! From the mattresses to the appliances, we didn't cut corners in this condo, we have quality everything.

      We purchased this beautiful unit brand new in the summer of 2007 to utilize it ourself (we are a married couple and kids are grown) so it's just the two of us, and we chose to occasionally rent it out to just help cover some of the assessment fees. Therefore, we do not consider ourselves in the "rental business" or we'd rent to everyone that contacted us about it and we'd actually make money. Just know that we do closely screen potential renters. Since we frequently use it ourselves, I admit we are very particular who we rent to and we do turn down a lot of inquiries. Please understand that this is OUR second home, it is immaculately kept because of the fact that we have been particular as we plan on keeping it and we want to maintain its beauty. Before renting from us, you must fill out a rental contract that includes an adult signature, date of birth and social security number. If any or all of this information isn't filled out on the form, we will not allow you to rent from us. Though some are reluctant to give out this information (ssn) and understandably so, we have to protect our investment as well. If anyone questions our reasonings for requiring this information, a cover letter that accompanies the rental contract explains everything.
