One of Keystone's finest communities, SETTLER'S CREEK, is the place for relaxation and fun in Keystone. Elite Traveler featured four Colorado communities in their July-August edition. 'Beaver Creek', 'Telluride', 'Aspen', and 'Settler's Creek' in Keystone. Sixty townhomes priced from $500,000 to over a million are the best collectively constructed units in the area.
You will be delighted to bask in our contemporary rocky mountain decor which includes a lodgepole pine bed in the master; rich chocolate leather, maple and stone pieces accompany the main living area. Hints of local wildlife and activities adorn the walls. Kick back in front of our stone fireplace and watch your favorite DVD or simply gaze out into the wilderness.
The master suite sports a custom made lodge-pole pine bed and a jetted tub. The guest suite has a full-size bed and two singles. This suite can sleep four adults or a herd of kids. Attached is our second full bath with a large soaking tub. All bedding and towels furnished. The gourmet kitchen has slab granite counter tops and stainless appliances with two bars which can easily accommodate several adults at each. In addition, the dining room is furnished with a maple table that seats 6.
SETTLER'S CREEK is located in a mountain bowl which has beautiful VISTAS in all directions. The Snake River ambles through our community. Once you cross the Snake River bridge into our community you realize you are at the end of the road. A beautiful development nestled in a wooded, mountainous setting. However, you only have to walk 30 feet to board a FREE shuttle bus and ride a short three-fourths mile to the Keystone Gondola and River Run Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping and a warm community fire circle each evening. The bus runs every 20 minutes. There is also a bike path to the Gondola and Village area.
MINNIE'S CABIN is a quick 75 feet from our front door. The distance is a superb feature when you take advantage of one of the two hot tubs during winter and when using the heated pool in the summer. Minnie's Cabin is wonderfully furnished with showers/locker rooms, towels, large televisions, inside and outside fireplaces, picnic area, barbecue grill, two full-size billiard tables, and comfortable furniture. The heated pool and hot tubs make this LOG CABIN a great place to recreate or recoup after a hard day on the slopes.
Keystone is situated six miles from the party atmosphere of Breckenridge and charming Frisco. Shopping, dining, cinemas, and numerous activities are only a short distance by car or shuttle. The FREE shuttle picks up every 20 minutes in front of Minnie's Cabin, which is conveniently located at our front door.

This home was perfect for our family! It is very well-furnished and luxuriously appointed. The location is tucked away in a beautiful area just minutes from the River Run ski area. We're returning to this property for our 2nd year. I hope you enjoy this property as much as we did!
