Just walk a couple of minutes to the main pools, the Clubhouse, Exercise room, and Legacy Grille! Or, you can walk one minute to a more private lap pool, with fewer other guests. Our villa is a single story, so you don't hear other guests in the resort and no one will see you while you're out on our patios!
Built in 2007, this 5-star, guard-gated resort attached to the famous LaQuinta Resort & Spa is nestled against the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains with stunning mountain views and dramatic desertscapes.
Our villa is a fully-furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom, oasis retreat offering a unique lock-off feature that provides three private entrances to bedroom suites with doors within the villa connecting all three suites. Designer decorated throughout, the full kitchen with granite countertops, high-end appliances, free wireless internet, safes, 3 fireplaces, HBO & cable TV/DVDs(even a DVR) and CD radios in all villa rooms complement the gorgeous furnishings, shuttered windows, and private view patios with tables and chairs. We have fallen in love with our villa, Legacy Villas, La Quinta, and the incredible feelings the desert and the truly breathtaking views elict in us. We relax as soon as we feel the heat and see the ancient mountains ahead of us.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We love that our villa is uniquely private, yet so close to the soothing salt-water pools. We can feel as though we are the only people in this spiritual setting, or we can cavort with others in the main pools, meet at the bubbling hot water spas, or relish the tasty and convenient foods at our own Legacy Grille. Sometimes, we hold parties with our family and friends at the outdoor barbeque grills and then dip in the adjacent, most beautiful pool! I love to watch night coming on and see the pool lights come on slowly.
We also enjoy going to downtown La Quinta to Clint Eastwood's Hogsbreath Inn for delicous snacks or dinner. We stroll in the art galleries and boutiques before and after our time there.
When we really want to shop, we drive 20 minutes to Cabazon Outlet, where we can pick up designer clothes for half the price. Or we drive to Palm Desert to meander in and out of the real designer shops, later to enjoy chopped salad and yummy pizza at Sammy's Pizza Kitchen.
We've ridden horseback, travelled the Air Tram, visited the wildlife preserves, and even slurped a milk shake made from dates! If we were golfers, of course, there are no better courses in America. There is so much to do and see, but sometimes, we just sit by the pool and take in the beauty of the mountains and the desert!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls trip, we had a party of 8 and had an amazing time at the villa. The pictures do not do it justice; everything was clean, brand new and high-end. It was great to have everything from home - bbq equipment to laundry - all within a spacious villa with nice pools and amenities. The views of the mountains are all around and it's La Quinta at it's best. We chose this villa because it's close to attractions, and the owner, Emily, was so nice and accommodating. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a great get away.

Two couples, two 3-yr-olds. Emily's condo was private, clean, and perfectly located next to the best family pool ever! Walked to/fr the condo a hundred times a day for food, drinks, naps, whatever. So close, so easy. Plus we could walk to La Quinta resort for dinner. Only a short drive to tons of restaurants & stores too. Will definitely return.

This was our second year at the villa..Our kids love it (9 and 5). It is right across the street from the pool so it is a easy walk. Love that it is on the ground floor with no neighbors looking in..lots of privacy. Look forward to going back next year!

We escaped the rain and cold in Seattle to come with 3 couples to enjoy the Tennis Tournaments. We used to stay at La Quinta Resort, but now that we have found this private and luxurious villa, we will only book Emily’s villa! The kitchen has so many convenient extras for great, easy cooking. They even have a DVR, so we can tape shows to watch in the late evening. There is space for couples to be alone, but lots of room for great gatherings together. There are so many pools in the immediate area that we could choose whether we wanted to be alone or with others. The mountain views and the nighttime skies are so incredible from the pools and patio!

A beautiful villa! Emily makes the whole booking/check-in process so easy and pleasant. This villa is exactly like it looks in the photos and is incredibly clean. The location of this villa is very convenient to everything in the complex (kids’ pool, other pools, grills, work-out gym). We also liked that this villa seems so much more secluded than many of the others we saw. We had such a relaxing respite together, using the King Suite and the Main Suite for Valentine’s weekend. We enjoyed it so much that we brought our whole family for fun a week during Memorial Day holidays. Our kids love the pools and playing in the villa and the patios. We liked to barbeque our dinner poolside.
