Why the Owner Chose Tesoro at Greenfield
We love this location because of its close proximity to the US60 freeway and all the shopping and restaurants nearby. You can walk or ride your bike to Dana Park, which is a retail mall that has over 50 restaurants and retail stores. There is so much to do and see around this area and the community itself is safe and secure (gated) and the ammenities are fabulous. There are greenbelts, basketball court, pool/spa, play grounds all within the community.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We actually got to experience living in our town home for several months when we moved out of our primary home. It was great to do as it allowed us to feel what our guests feel. It gave us a few ideas to make our guests feel right at home. It is very quiet and the location of our unit towards the back of the development adds a lot of privacy. We have no neighbors behind, as there is a private yard............behind us is a large greenbelt/park area.

My wife and I purchased our Town home in Mesa, AZ last year, as we wanted to plan ahead for when we retire. This will be our 2nd home some day and we cannot wait!
We were able to stay in it for about 6 months, while shopping for our primary residence, which allowed us to see first hand how are guests stays would be.
We absolutely loved it and look forward to the day we call it home...retirement here we come!
