Our delightful villa is situated close to Highway 27 and the 192 in Kissimmee, Orlando and backs onto the 4th tee of the Polo Park Golf course. Disney itself is a 15 minute drive, so all you could wish for is close at hand to ensure the holiday of a lifetime.
Relax and enjoy our charming home, extremely well furnished and offering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience.
Our Villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas both seating 6; a family room with Cable TV, DVD player & WiFi as well as a formal lounge.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with cable TV, walk-in closet & large en-suite bathroom with poolside access; the 2nd master has a queen size bed & is luxuriously furnished with Cable TV and walk-in wardrobe.
There are 2 twin bedrooms each with Cable TV and a DVD/CD player & walk-in wardrobes. There is a 2nd bathroom for these three bedrooms & all towels for rooms and poolside and all linen is provided. Cot & highchair are available.
The large pool includes a lovely poolside area and a covered lanai with table and chairs and, backing onto the Golf course, makes for a very pleasant outlook. Pool loungers and toys are available.
Our villa accommodates a minimum of 8 people in bedrooms and there is further space for 2 on a sofa bed in the formal lounge so bring your friends and/or family along for your holiday in the sunshine state, FLORIDA!
Spend the end of each day relaxing by the pool under the lanai or taking a refreshing dip after your trip to one of the Disney theme parks. If you want to be at the heart of the theme parks and a golfing community (the golf course runs right through the middle of the development) then look no further!!
There's more than enough to keep everyone happy even if you're not up to visiting Mickey Mouse!
