We have it all --- including your own private boat ramp and dock with year round deep water in a protected cove!

Fantastic location - view Dreher Island from the dock - close to everything by water! Great house on nearly 1 acre - house was updated in 2008 - all beds/linens/couches, etc. are brand new! This house is super clean!!

Extensive two level decking (open air and screened in) - great for relaxing with friends while enjoying a peaceful view. We have everything you need...grill, bar, stove, microwave, fridge, well equipped kitchen, satellite tv, dvd player, dvds, board games, books, xbox, air hockey, bar, basic fishing equipment. If that's not enough our guests have access to nearby Spinners Resort. You can go by boat or by car! Either way, it's ten minutes away. There you can enjoy fine dining on the lake or hang out in their outdoor restaurant and bar.

For nature enthusiasts, take out one of our two kayaks for a peaceful trip around the cove. Don't be surprised if you see a bald eagle in the woods across the cove from our house. You'll also see plenty of osprey and blue herons.

  • Great stay, weather was perfect and LSU beat USC. House was great, fishing not so much, but enjoyed the relaxation of the dock. Would definately recommend if you want to get away. But close enough to supplies etc. Will be back next time LSU plays there.

  • This house has everything you need to have a super lake getaway. We loved the secluded lot with your own boat ramp and dock. The house was very roomy, with 3 floors, there was plenty of space for everyone, and it has all the comforts of home. The hammock was great for hanging on the deck with a glass of wine and a good book!   • This home was just as it is described. We were so thrilled to arrive and find a secluded lakehouse beautifully decorated and fully stocked! The kayaks are perfect for leisurely paddling morning or night. Both covered decks have ceiling fans that make sitting outside comfortable at all hours of the day. The air hockey and large screen tv in the rec room were a big hit with adults and kids alike! The beds are very comfortable and every room was exceptionally clean. There were PLENTY of pillows, blankets, dishes, utensils....way more than necessary for the average family of 6 and a kithen large enough to actually enjoy cooking! We will definitely want to return to this home! THanks so much Randy and Tracy!! :) The Morgan Family
