(Porta del Sol - West side of Puerto Rico) Close to everything yet far from noise. Location: Joyuda Beach, Cabo Rojo. (45 min. from Aguadilla Airport - 2 hrs from San Juan Airport). Excellent for a big family, couples, and responsible single adults. Has a fully equipped, modern kitchen with glass-top stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal and dishwasher. There is a water filter system for the entire penthouse, and a washer and dryer combination. Open living room area that seats 13 people, including a 6 chair dining room. So private, and particularly different from other condos, that you have the benefit of easily accessible elevators that goes directly to the apartment (no hallways). Gated community. You’ll have your own private covered car garage for two cars. All a/c, (3) bedrooms with full private bathrooms, one down stairs for handicaps, plus a guest bathroom. There are two (2) spectacular 30 ft balconies overlooking the beach and the Ocean. Rest, relaxation and recreation. Calm beach, you can walk for approx. (35) minutes or more surrounded by nature and palm trees; it is said that our beach has volcanic sand that fills you with lots of energy. The sunsets are incredible. Also the condo is near several golf courses. Beach Life, you can decide to either swim at the beach(we have direct access),go snorkeling as we're close to a beautiful coral reef, sunbathe, or go to the pool. In addition, a gazebo is available for an endless number of activities and a multi use room is on hand in case you might want to separate the different activities. The premises have a swimming pool, children's swimming pool, and playground. Restaurants within walking distance that offer local Puerto Rican cuisine (excellent seafood). Proximity to important places (10 minutes approx.) such as churches, movie theatres, shopping centers, hospitals, historic towns and museums. WITHIN 15 MIN. DRIVE YOU CAN TAKE A LUXURY FERRY (SMALL CRUISE TYPE SHIP) TO THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. Penthouse rentals are a minimum 4 days. No Sub-Leasing allowed. Pets by prior approval. Smoking on the balconies only. Drugs, heavy drinking and noisy people are not welcome. Guests have to follow the rules of our condominium. This is a dream vacation. COME AND VISIT US!!!!
