This beautiful Villa (VILLA AMANDA) is located inside the premises of the Wyndham Beach Resort (formerly Westin Rio Mar Resort) Our one bedroom Mediterranean Villa located in Cluster I just 15 minutes walk from the beach. Come and stay in the best luxury residential resort of Puerto Rico! Our Villa has just been completely renovated and comfortably decorated. This spacious villa has over 1400 square feet of livable area with Caribbean décor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and full private bath. The open living room area has a full sofa bed and full private bath. Two large tiled balconies off the living and master room offers views of the hotel, golf club and beach. Other amenities include a fully-equipped, updated kitchen. The villa has full view of the golf course and it is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. (Unlimited free ice). A rental car is suggested.

Discover all the comforts, 2 mile long beach, pools, 13 tennis courts, two 18-hole championship golf courses, 12 restaurant and lounges, bars, casino, spa, gym, kid’s camp, water-sports and many other activities without actually having to leave the resort. I am a retired U.S. Federal Employee, and live in Puerto Rico with my family. I own one property in Puerto Rico purchased in 1982, that I rent in a short term basis. I am very committed to provide you the best service available to you and your family,answer all your questions in an expedite matter. It makes my day when I get thank you notes from guests commenting the great experience they had in my Villa. This property is use by me and my family on a regular basis.     • Villa Amanda is a lovely, relaxing retreat. The owner, Jose, is a true real estate professional. He met our family of 3 when we arrived, and graciously oriented us to the property and surrounding areas. I admit that I was skeptical at first, but everything was just as it is pictured on the website--only better, because what you don't appreciate from the internet are the sweet Coquis (PR frogs) and other rainforest nocturnals that will serenade you at night! I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, the rooms were spacious, and that we had two cable televisions to keep both adults and our 13 y.o. simultaneously entertained. Our only disappointment was that our Verizon cell phones would not operate in the area, but this was not a huge inconvenience. The beach, Rio Mar hotel, and its amenities were easily accessible. Altogether, we had a wonderful and memorable time in Puerto Rico.

    • We absolutely loved Villa Amanda. We have two little ones and it was perfect for that. We had access to the pool and beach and could still leave the resort for dinner and shopping. We would recommend Villa Amanda for the price and the beauty of it.

    • Villa Amanda está en una excelente ubicación. con una vista exquisita hacia el campo de golf, piscina y acceso a la playa. Mi esposa y yo pasamos unas estupendas vacaciones donde difrutamos de la tranquilidad y del excelente ambiente. El Hotel está a 2 minutos , el mismo tiene casino y restaurantes. A pocos minutos de farmacias, restaurantes y supermercados (fuera del área de las villas). Lo más importante, magnífico precio por las facilidades que ofrece esta villa la cual está equipada. Disfrutamos un montón. La recomiendo.

    • My wife, son (11) and I enjoyed the stay in the spacious villa. The view was great and the place is secure and private. The only small problem we had was with parking pass at the resort parking. That did require a telephone call to the owner. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. The place is very safe for evening/night walks on the streets and the beach.

It was great for my husband and I to have the privacy of our own bedroom, bath and balcony, while the kids enjoyed the rest of the villa especially their own cable T.V... We especially enjoyed having full access to the beautiful complex amenities, but then being able to go back to the quiet of the Villa. The Villa is located in an area that offers easy access to local attractions, grocery stores, and bakery. We will be returning to Villa Amanda for our next family vacation. Nelly Negron, Chicago, Il
