Our prices are all inclusive of utilities, gas, electricity, cleaning (but, since we charge no cleaning fees, we do ask that you leave the apartment as you found it!), heating, air conditioning.

Fresh sheets and towels - and they do not smell of tobacco, so we do ask the same of our guests, at least not while inside the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for Italian cooking and the flat will contain most of the basics you will need to get started... so you do not need to go searching for coffee, salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, washing powder, detergent, toilet paper, etc. as soon as you get here. We invite you to use whatever you need and then replace the items when you do go shopping. |
